I have a small party package that comes with a tent , 5 tables and 30 chairs. The problem is that it doesn't calculate how many tables and chairs i actually need. It shows that its 5 sets of 1 table and 6 chairs but it only counts 1 table and 6 chairs.

What you will need to do is create separate rental items for the chairs and tables. Once you create those 2 rental items, open the small party package in the backend, remove the 1 table+6 chairs accessory you have connected and replace it with the table item and chair item. You can then set the required number of chairs to 30 and the required number of tables to 1.
