Live chat/bug report issue on mobile

When I start a live chat, or try to, the whole screen only opens Google search (see attached image). When I save a screenshot and try to submit a big report, it tells me it's missing required data even though I have a screenshot attached.

the issue with submitting screenshot on mobile is fixed.

I think the clicking of 'new chat' bringing up google is if you are holding it down too long, google brings up a search. I've adjusted it to prevent that as well. a page refresh is required for this one.

Thanks. I'll try it. I didn't hold it down at all. Very short click. And it happened anywhere on the screen not just that button. Even the close "x" brought up Google.

The live chat still doesn't work on mobile. The google search doesn't popup anymore but neither does a new chat or the close button or clicking into an existing chat.

I'm unable to reproduce this.... it works okay for me.

can you clear your browser cache?

android chrome:

.... -> delete browsing data -> more options > mark cached images/files only

and delete data.

Ok, I tried that and still nothing. I'm on a pixel 7 running chrome.
