Category Not Showing

Hey all.
I got some new concession machines and added a category for them. Wordpress/IO created the page for the concessions and seems to be working fine. I was able to add the "Concessions" page to my ribbon using mega menu.
What I can't figure out is how when I click "All Rentals" the category doesn't show up there in the slide out menu. How do I add it?
