Invoice not working

I have a customer whose in the copntracted status. Im trying to send them an invoice so that they . can pay and book there event but its not letting them. They get this message " square transaction failed: your contract is no longer valid. Please contact us to book your event"

This is due to the conflicts no the lead. Your contracted status is not reserving the equipment. You will need to put the lead into Confirmed status in order to override the conflict and allow the customer to pay.
