I need help changing font colors!!

When I click on the about us section and click on the sub menus (FAQs, Contact Us) there is a ton of information that is basically in white font and you can not read it!!! I have gone into elementor and changed it to black font. I can then view it on elementor but when I visit my site (even after giving it time to update) the stuff is still not visible!! I need to know HOW to change it instead of someone just doing it for me. Please advise. For example on my FAQs, the FAQ question is in black and turns gold when clicked on but the answer to the question is in white.
