Support Request Product Page Editing & Subscription Billing

Hi Team,
I hope you're well.
I just had a couple of quick questions and was hoping to submit a support request:
- Is there a video tutorial available that shows how to edit product pages — specifically adding or updating product descriptions? I’d love to watch a walkthrough if possible.
- Regarding the subscription billing page: I noticed my account still shows the subscription fee as unpaid, with the due date listed as yesterday. I believe this may be based on USA time zones, but just in case, could you please confirm and also update my account region to Australia if it hasn't already been set? just so im not confused haha,
