Customer View - Days of Notice Constraint

We currently have our Days of Notice set to 3 days. When a customer tries to book, they see the message below (screenshot). But it doesn't indicate what the problem might be, or that there really is a problem. How can I change the display to say something along the lines of, "We require 3 days of advance notice for online bookings. Please call us at XXX to check our availability to accommodate your request." ?

You can go to Settings-->Languages, use Ctrl+F to search for this message, and you can change it to say what you would like.
