I'd like to know if there is a way to get a question on the quote form for customers that will be required to fill out? And how can I associate an automatic fee with this question depending on the customer's answer?

I would like to add a question for customers asking whether or not their delivery/event location requires same-day pickup or not. If they do require same-day pickup, I'd like a fee to be automatically added to their quote.

First go to Settings-->Optional Fields. Set up the question here. Once you save it you also will need to go back in and check the quote form you want it to show on. Once you do this you can go use Cameron's instructions to add the fee that would be attached to the answer
