Rental Operating Instructions - Display as PDF

We want to send customers at the time of contract or delivery confirmation, a copy of any relevant safety/operating/set up instructions.

The process to do so within IO is all understood however it's the display format we want that we need assistance with.

In the delivery confirmation email or contract, you can currently enter the variable *rentaloperateinst* but this only displays the text from the sku wherever you insert it into the email and causes a bit of a mess TBH where other important info is displayed within the email.

Is there a way to display that information from the sku as a pdf or link to pdf ? This would be particularly helpful where a customer may have hired multiple pieces of equipment that have operating instructions.

Eg: "Safety/Operating instructions for any equipment you have hired, can be found below:

Obstacle Course: *pdf*

Popcorn Machine: *pdf*

Floss Machine: *pdf"

Snow Cone Machine: *pdf*

Slushie Machine: *pdf*

Pop Up Marquee: *pdf*

In the example above, this customer would have 6 x instructions which if just output in a standard text format, wouldn't be great inside of an email.
