I added to my damage waiver filter to exclude accessories - but my accessories are still being calculated for the damage waiver.
Also, when i check the box to add the damage waiver - my quote is not calculating or adding the fee.... until i go back in to edit my quote and uncheck and check the box again- then i see it on the quote confirm. Please help
im having the same issue, I added the new ADW and my old DW works and sometimes the ADW adds and activates sometimes it doesnt, and the charges vary for some reason on orders.. i have categories excluded in my filter but the test lead i been using still has issues..

I made a slight adjustment on the filter for the damage waiver. I removed the "Rentals name is set", this should not be there and should work as it should now. The fee will not update on the lead until a change is made.

By default I have the box unchecked. When I check off damage waiver and get a quote ….. I do not see it on my quote and I am not being charged for it?
How can I fix this? To show on the quote confirm page

It looks like you've got this working correctly now. We've updated the filter for the damage waiver to be set for "excluded" items.

I have a developer taking a look at this, if you add the damage waiver from the beginning it will add to the total, but if you don't and then go back and add it doesn't add to the total? I will update you as soon as I hear back.

Is this something to do with the Auto save enabled?? I would like to keep the damage waiver (although that is not working correctly either) But autosave is necessary for the damage waiver?

Trying to troubleshoot without having to keep creating test leads, are you trying to add the damage waiver after you first initially save? or are you adding it from the beginning?

From the website during quote - the box is being checked off, but then when the quote creates - there is no fee or charge - but in the lead the box is checked off.
I can not make changes on any leads or add new inventory - when I click save - the button stays grey and it does not save.

ok what I need for you to do is make a video of you trying to add the inventory then trying to save it, so that I can get this over to developers and I will also reopen the ticket on the damage waiver. What items are you trying to exclude from having the damage waiver?

Here is a video. I was able to turn off auto save through my phone using Safari. I still can not save leads. Should I delete all the filter, optional fields I made for damage waiver?
Also, before all this - I did get an email saying suspicious activity on your account it has been locked - I never did anything with that, it just let me log back in.

Thank you all so much!! Yes I can create a lead, and make changes, and also when I am in a lead I can check off the damage waiver box and the fee applies!! Thank You so much!! The only issue I still notice is when a customer creates a quote from the website, they are checking off the damage waiver- but it is not on their quote and does not charge the fee. And then when I go into the lead through IO- the box is not checked.
