I added to my damage waiver filter to exclude accessories - but my accessories are still being calculated for the damage waiver.

Also, when i check the box to add the damage waiver - my quote is not calculating or adding the fee.... until i go back in to edit my quote and uncheck and check the box again- then i see it on the quote confirm. Please help

im having the same issue, I added the new ADW and my old DW works and sometimes the ADW adds and activates sometimes it doesnt, and the charges vary for some reason on orders.. i have categories excluded in my filter but the test lead i been using still has issues..

I had the DW set up on my own, then I activated auto save to get the ones that were setup. It was adding both so I just deleted the ones that IO setup. I excluded my supplies category, but it is still adding. I excluded rental name with sugar, and it is still adding on the cotton candy sugars.

I made a slight adjustment on the filter for the damage waiver. I removed the "Rentals name is set", this should not be there and should work as it should now. The fee will not update on the lead until a change is made.

i was going off the video tim did the other night he was saying the set field needed to be there

at 36 mins and on about the filter is what i was going by

pretty sure towards the end he also said that may not be needed but we'll leave it for now. I can't IMAGINE why that filter would be necessary for this purpose. but 🤷‍♂ what do I know.

I do not really understand the "Rentals name is set" but it didn't sound correct to me. I actually used the video you made to add my damage waiver - so that was very helpful! For some reason - its all set-up and I added the DW to my WP check out - and the quote - but it is not showing up on the quote confirm and its not charging either. If i go back in to edit my quote, uncheck and check it back - then it charges and its there

Do you have a test lead you can provide where you are seeing this behavior? I would like to review the log and see what is triggering this behavior.

Hi Gabrielle - yes #12803131 - the damage waiver was added by checking the box, but when I hit get a quote - there is no charge or DW there!! Thank you!!

First thing I notice is in Settings-->General Preferences you do not have the auto save turned on. You will need this on for the fee to calculate.

Hi Gabrielle, I did turn autosave back on. (I did have it on, then removed it). But Quote# 12819493 still is not showing or charging the customer for the DW?

Thank you.

By default I have the box unchecked. When I check off damage waiver and get a quote ….. I do not see it on my quote and I am not being charged for it?

How can I fix this? To show on the quote confirm page

How do you have it set up under settings/promotions and fees post a screen shot of that here

I am thinking that maybe I need to add to quote confirm page - or Wordpress?

It looks like you've got this working correctly now. We've updated the filter for the damage waiver to be set for "excluded" items.

It is not working correctly. The box by default is unchecked - on quote # 12823113 the box was checked to add DW but DW did not add and the quote did not charge the fee.. is this DW under *fees* or should I add the custom field to the Quote Confirm Page - but why isn't it charging the fee?

I have a developer taking a look at this, if you add the damage waiver from the beginning it will add to the total, but if you don't and then go back and add it doesn't add to the total? I will update you as soon as I hear back.

Hi Jen,

It is still not working.

#12827457 for example

Also, I was trying to add a new piece of inventory and it will not let me save it.

Here is another example lead

#12800059

Is this something to do with the Auto save enabled?? I would like to keep the damage waiver (although that is not working correctly either) But autosave is necessary for the damage waiver?

Trying to troubleshoot without having to keep creating test leads, are you trying to add the damage waiver after you first initially save? or are you adding it from the beginning?

photo

do you have time for a quick google meet? so I can see what it's doing for you?

photo

From the website during quote - the box is being checked off, but then when the quote creates - there is no fee or charge - but in the lead the box is checked off.

I can not make changes on any leads or add new inventory - when I click save - the button stays grey and it does not save.

photo

ok what I need for you to do is make a video of you trying to add the inventory then trying to save it, so that I can get this over to developers and I will also reopen the ticket on the damage waiver. What items are you trying to exclude from having the damage waiver?

photo

I simply tried to add a lead - it won’t save. Im having trouble uploading a video here.

Quote #12827457 - I am simply trying to remove the Bball gam from order - it won’t save.

Quote#12800059- I am trying to add an event note- it won’t save.

Quote# 12856883 - I had to create through the website- to add a lead- can not make a change and save on my end.

Something is very wrong. I will have to take autosave off- but I want the damage waiver to be active and working.

I have reopened the ticket, I will let you know as soon as I hear back.

Here is a video. I was able to turn off auto save through my phone using Safari. I still can not save leads. Should I delete all the filter, optional fields I made for damage waiver?

Also, before all this - I did get an email saying suspicious activity on your account it has been locked - I never did anything with that, it just let me log back in.

Thank you I have sent this over to the developers, to have a look.

See attached videos.

What is going on with my account???

I tried to add damage waiver - was told to enable autosave - did that and having major problems saving a lead that was created in IO, going into leads and saving changes- nothing saves. Damage waiver is not appearing on quote or charging customers.

Can someone please call me. I can not create a lead or save changes on an existing one.

I also received an email a week ago about suspicious activity on my account and that it was locked. It was never locked as I signed right back in.

Not sure if this has something to do with it ?

Pamela, I just got off of a meeting with developers and they have everything working now, please turn on your autosave and try again. Please let us know if this is still an issue.

I have verified and this is now working correctly.

Thank you all so much!! Yes I can create a lead, and make changes, and also when I am in a lead I can check off the damage waiver box and the fee applies!! Thank You so much!! The only issue I still notice is when a customer creates a quote from the website, they are checking off the damage waiver- but it is not on their quote and does not charge the fee. And then when I go into the lead through IO- the box is not checked.

photo

I have a developer taking a look at this, I did multiple tests and it never added to the quote?

photo

Exactly - not showing in lead or charging a fee. Thank you so much!
