How do I make the customer request a quote rather than "book now"?

I cannot for the life of me, figure out, or find out, how to have my customers ask for quotes rather than automatically book. I turned off the booking automation, but still don't see a quote option.

Good morning, are you not wanting your customers to autobook an event? If so you would need to go to your Settings-->Online Quoting and turn off the Autobooking, right now your allowing them to autobook. Once this is turned off they will only be able to get a quote, they will receive a message that someone will be in contact with them soon.
