Compare current reports with past dates
It's been several years since I last requested this, so it's time to bring it up again. I would really like an easy way to compare my current situation with the same date in past years. Here is one example of how this might be used: I have a report that shows my confirmed bookings over the next 60 days. That report shows me the deposits that have been paid on those events, as well as the balance due. I would like to see what this report looked like on this same date last year.
One option is to add a date selector on the dashboard, which would allow me to choose the effective date. That would allow me to see what a specific chart looked like on any given date in the past. Does that make sense?
Another possibility is to have a "compare" option on reports, like what QB has. That would allow me to see what any report looked like on any date in the past.
