Customer Review Email made into page

You guys just released a new email requesting reviews with a star rating that allowed us to send people to different review sites based on star ratings. Is there any way you could make this a Page/Template where we could direct people to that outside of that email? We get more response out of the text requests but I can't send them to that page.

You can't add hyperlinks into a text message like you can with email, so this wouldn't work the same.
