Yes I'm having trouble with my icons at the front is not showing like the bouncy house the beginning for you to click it also having issues with the times it's giving me a bunch of weird times not allow my customers to book properly and it's also I don't know how to take off the tip for them to be able to just tip on their own is automatically adding a tip to it

Regarding the tips, this is set up in Settings-->Payment Preferences. It looks like you have it set to default to 20% tip.
I have this unchecked for you now.
Regarding the random times on leads, if you go to Settings-->Delivery Preferences it looks like you have default Delivery and Teardown windows that are being applied 45 days before and after the event:

Thank you so much for the help I think I fixed the problems is there a way for just to put the time were you know we do deliveries from like 7 AM till like 12 one the latest is there a way to do that where they just select the date and then we just let them know this is the timeframe with deliveries will give you a call now or before heading there.

I would suggest adding an informational text block to your website's shopping cart and/or quote confirmation page. This text would tell customers that: "Standard delivery times are typically from 7 AM to 12 PM and are not guaranteed by event times. Someone will call you to arrange your delivery time."
This can be done from your IO plugin Cart Settings in wordpress, and by editing your quote confirm template in Settings-->Pages&Templates. From your cart settings, you can also restrict time pickers so that customers are not able to select times outside of your hours, if you think that is necessary.
