Website Downtime
Answered
I've had a few times where customers haven't been able to access the website recently, so I signed up for an uptime monitor. It looks like there are regular issues with the website being down for a few minutes. Is that normal for IO, or am I unique? I'm using Namecheap for the domains.

For cosmicbouncehouse.com, I'm not sure what the scale that monitor service is using, but 99.9% uptime seems very good. Internally if we notice a website is having issues, it may get moved to another server where it's been copied ahead of time to reduce downtime. This process can take up to a minute based on A records propagating. That may be what you're seeing there.
If you're noticing issues or receiving complaints from customers you can also let us know, and we can investigate it.
For cosmic-rentals.com we don't host that website, and I wouldn't be able to comment on it.
