Status Issue - Not Moving to Next Status

Hi!
Just noticed something off - this record,the status is "Not Signed - Deposit Paid" - however if you click to view the contract, it's actually signed. Does it matter how the contract is sent?
If you could take a look and make sure this isnt a bigger issue?
