I have a few surveys that customers have left after our events but they only show up on IO and are not uploading to google reviews. I beleif I followed all insturctions. Can I have someone review and update as necessary

IO reviews that customers leave are not automatically uploaded as Google reviews. Customer will need to directly fill out Google reviews for those to go to Google. Here is a very helpful video that will provide more instructions on how you can better direct your customers to fill out those reviews. Go to Settings-->General Preferences-->Reviews to set where/when your customers are directed to leave external reviews.
