Lead 46694565 not appearing on Delivery Planner

We have Lead 46694565 that did not appear on our delivery planner for pickup. Can you look into why this didn't appear on the planner?

I'm seeing that this was on the Delivery Planner for 6/20?

That was for the delivery not the pickup. The contract was set for the unit to be picked up on 6/22.

Under shifts the dropoff and pick up was scheduled the same day...I removed the second shift and now it shows up on the planner for the 22nd.

Do you know how the pickup was scheduled for the same day? We want to make sure this doesn't happen again and we need to know what happened to cause this.

It looks like it was done on the delivery planner...and maybe someone tried to change it to the 22nd...but you would need to go to the shifts on the lead and delete the shift. Because until this is done it won't show on the 22nd to schedule.
