Kayla, I show you would need to go to Settings-->Email Preferences and be sure your info is correct here for your email integrated with IO (nothing is listed at this time)

If your email provider had an update you can get kicked out. It's good to check these settings out and test every once in a while to refresh any errors they are giving us
