Email Issue - Confirmation Emails not sending

We haven't been able to email out confirmed contracts for 24 hours. It keeps asking me to put in our email password. I entered in our email password, it says that was incorrect. Then I entered in our IO password and it says its incorrect. Customers aren't getting their confirmation emails that we send, I'm not sure if they are getting the emails the system automatically sends them when they book.

We use outlook.

If you go to Settings-->Email Preferences, click the green "Grant Outlook Permission" link. Follow the steps in the popup to allow InflatableOffice permission to send emails on your behalf.

Was there some type of update done or something that would have changed a previous setting? We've never had this happen before, and the login they are asking for looks like our inflatable office login, not our outlook loginn

There have not been any recent updates to change the SMTP settings in the email preferences page.

If you are clicking the Grant Outlook Permission button, you should be entering your Outlook credentials.
