Consolidate Travel Charges

What is the best way to merge these two types of charges/fees into one?
We want to have one line item called Travel and Delivery: $x.xx instead of the Distance Charges and then the Delivery Method Fee.
Our current calculation for travel and delivery is $25.00 + $2.50 per one-way mile.

These are 2 separate fees, one is a Delivery Method Fee and the other is for Distance Charges, there really isn't a way to combine them, other than upping your distance charges.
