wondering if we can add a spot in the contract to let clients know, if they move ahead with an event with the chance of rain, and it rains they may be charged an extra amount for us to clean the unit after their event.

We just had a job and it poured. Causing us to have to bring employees in for 2 days to get the units dried and cleaned to go out again

Yes, go to settings>Contract templates and open your default template. There, you can add the verbiage you'd like to fit your needs.

You can have in in the extra details on the item that appears at contract and you can use *initial* to get them to acknowledge it

If you go into the contract template you can update it to whatever you want it to say. You 100% should customize this entire contract to what you need it to say for your business.
