Remove email address

I recently had an issue with one of my company email accounts so I changed the email preferences in IO to a different email account, but the original still gets messages when quotes are down, contracts are signed, etc… does anyone know how to clean that old email out of the system?

Have you gone to Settings>Email Preferences and connected the new one? Usually you have to change it there and not just in the account settings. Hope that helps.

I did that a couple of months ago. I cannot find the old email anywhere in IO, but it’s still getting emails.

What about above that make sure the correct email is selected?

Now that I re read your post go to settings>account preferences and make sure the email is changed there

No, I have checked everywhere in settings that I can for the email address “rentals@rsinflatables.com” to remove it but I cannot find I anywhere.

Go to Settings-->Alerts and be sure your new email address is listed here for the alerts
