Timeclock problems

We continue to have problems with the timeclock. Employees get stuck in a situation where they can't clock in or out and they get an error message: "The page content was out of date". It's been happening more than usual over the last few weeks. We are usually able to fix it by finding a stray punch, then adding a matching punch to zero it out. We still have no idea what causes this.

Right now, Taylor Pierson is getting that message, and I don't see any way to fix it. I'm not going to try anything, in hopes that you guys can figure out what is causing this.

Where are they trying to use the time clock on the worker app or worker site?
