Gray Item

Does anyone know why my item is gray and I cannot select it? The item isn't booked and it's past the recovery time.

Are you at your inventory limit? You can check in settings>subscriptions

Good morning, you are over your subscription limit. You will need to up your limit, you can do this by going to Settings-->Subscription and adding to your inventory, or you can contact your sales person.
