% tags not displaying

Customer - Event reminder
Some of the % tags are not showing actual information in the emails, please take a look:
The following items are reserved from %rentalstarttime% on %rentalstartdate% to %rentalendtime% on %rentalenddate%.

is not working. Please fix or let me know what I did wrong.
Those variables are only available inside the rental loop. You should use other variables to get that information. Refer to the following:

Thanks for the reply but it didn't help. I see the tags I used listed, I just choose them from the drop down in the editor, not sure about a "rental loop"

You're using variables that are listed on that page that require a rental loop. Meaning that it's going to display the information for the first rental, loop back, display the information for the second rental, loop back, and so forth until it runs out of rentals on the lead (think of an order with multiple rentals, not just one item). You should be using different variables from the list such as *startdate* rather than *rentalstartdate* and *rentals* to list all the rentals without looping through their names.
