Popup Template Issue

I run popups for each month and today I went to add my "February" Popup template and I receive an error stating the content area was not found. I created all of my templates the same a few months ago and they've been working just fine. However, whether I try to use one of my templates or create a new popup, I get the error message attached. Any assistance would be great.

Also, I've used different browsers, different computers and also different OS (Windows and Mac).

Can you post a video on how you're doing it? Elementor templates can be somewhat hard to navigate and even harder to explain through text.

Of course today when I started to try it again and screen record as you suggested. It works. Nothing changed. Both my templates and creating new worked like it should. SMH.
