is there a way to put a message on the top of the quote page?

You go to settings, page/templates/quote request
there is where you can make changes
Save a copy of the original quote page BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING
then you can mess with the test page you would be working on and when you get i just right then you can make it the quote page that the client sees
