We received a signature on a contract this morning; however, there isn't any actual signature on the page.
Was this something that the customer did and we should ask them to re-sign? Is there any way for IO to catch this in the future and prompt the customer to re-sign with the mouse?

The customer signed it with a dot. You've gather the ip address and printed name though which is all you need from a standard online signature.
