I see today in the new update this feature:


You can now manually send an email to a vendor to check availability in addition to the auto-email.


Where do we turn off auto email?

Is it a system wide off auto or only on certain leads?


I would like to have a full off and totally manual send to avoid the confusion we talked about earlier.

Go to email center and make the Vendor - New Quote email inactive.

so making it inactive will keep it from automatically mailing but still will be available for manual sends?

There are 2 templates now: one automatic one, and one manual one.

do we have to make changes to the manual one? I dont see it in my list of email templates

by turning off the Automatic email setting and making it inactive does that disable this part of it too?


  • Vendors: You can now manually send a Vendor Quote email (the auto-email only goes out on brand new quotes w/vendor items)

Give us a minute. Turning off the auto email will still show it when manual send is selected. We are fixing the bug.
