How do you add an "agree" checkbox to a contract?

I've seen this done, but is there a proper way to do it? Will it require all checkboxes be checked to "sign" the contract?

You use the template variable *initials* or %initials% to have the checkbox appear. It IS required to check it before the signature will work. It will error if not checked.
