When I go to text a client i have several templates set up in IO Phone..

but some do not show up in the drop down but when i type the name in they show up

example is customer-contract... searches fine but doesnt appear in the drop down

is there a limit set to appear in the drop down?

if so can we adjust the limit to be larger number shown?

Unfortunately no that's how it's always been, you'll have to just type in a keyword and search.

ok so there is a limit that it shows correct?

Yeah looks like it will only display 25
