How can I disable deposits, we rather have customer pay in full more often then not.

Looking at your settings under payment preferences you have it set up for 100% deposit.

This is the only way to adjust deposits, yes

Thank you, then I suppose we can adjust it to the full amount for now and if a customer requests a smaller deposit we can adjust it then correct?

yes, anytime you want to make an adjustment for a customer it can be done on the lead for them
