emails not delivered to .us accounts

Solved

Starting last week, I am receiving "retrying for 48 hour" messages from smtpcorp.com for all emails going to .us email addresses. This impacts my ability to deliver contracts to schools. We do a lot with schools.


Other emails do not seem impacted.


Can someone please look into this? recent leads 1943275, 1943633, 1945979

You are sending email through a custom email server, and this custom email server is notifying you the email has bounced. You'll need to reach out to their support about deliverablility issues.

Are you sure? I really thought that I was using your delivery service for these types of communications.

Can you tell me in my account settings where I can determine this?

The only other email service provider I have I CAN send to .us, and is what I have been using in the interim.

Yes. This is a setting controlled only by the admin on the account, Darrell.

Ahh - so I am using Darrell's provider - I will check with him.
