Are you trying to use the Online version of quick-books or the one installed on your computer?

With the online version, you shouldn't be settings up the WebConnector. That would only be for the Desktop version. For the online integration, you'll be going to Settings->Quickbooks, and clicking on the "Sign in with Intuit" button and following the prompts there.

At the moment we don't have a manual tool to push info in.

We are working with a select few customers currently on testing the QBO integration. I can add you to the list if you would like, but currently it is not running for your account although you've set it up.
