Can we have 2 ''manager reports'' for 1 contract

What i am looking to do is have the manager report as usual but, also have my manager complete the truck report when they are driving a truck.
I know how to build a new survey that i would call ''vehicule inspection''
But, how can i have my manager access it for the workers site ?

The manager would have to go to the workers site, choose the lead/event and select the option that says "Manager Survey"
Unfortunately, at this time, it would be on a first come-first serve basis.

I like the idea of vehicle inspections done through survey. 🤔🤔🤔 I'll have to consider how to do that.
