Calender Time Picker Issue

This started today...
When i click on the time bar it defaults to the current time (closest) and then adds 8 hours
before it wasnt doing this.
What change was made to this module that is creating it and how can we keep this from happening>>
Now i am required to alway pick the times it used to be like starting at 8am or something..

Under General Preferences....did you set your "Default Event Duration" to 8 hours recently? This would affect this!!
