Calendar style date picker for Availability Checker

Some customers have difficulty figuring out how to enter the date on the availability checker. Any way to add a small calendar icon that could make this a little easier for our slower customers?

There is one by default. See demorentals.com. But it looks like your theme has a conflicting version of jquery loading (jquery is basically the language that lets a page be interactive with things like date pickers).
