Is the SSL Certificate provided by IO a wildcard Certificate? Only the top level domain on my site appears to be registered on the Cert, subdomains are not. IE “www” is not secured properly.

It is not a wildcard certificate. I have deleted the old SSL certificate and reinstalled a new one. Please let us know if you continue to have this issue.

Also, I am wanting the change the website theme. Are you able to change it to Eventor event theme?
