Manually saving an email in CRM

Hello

Is there a way to manually saving an email into the CRM tab ? I received an email that is related to a lead but not from customer email already in file and i want to have it shown in the CRM

Hello Isabelle,

You should be able add the email by saving the email address and name as a contact to the lead. That would be the only way.

If i do that now, will it go back in my inbox to link it ? i already receive the email....

You could copy and paste it in as a journal entry.
