Sales Rep Changing

now that we have turned on our sales rep notification i have noticed several times that we get a notification of a sales rep change when we didnt make a change only viewed the record or something like that

here is a good example of a notification coming for some reason

nothing has been done on this order since 6/4 and today we get the notification
