Special pricing

I have a promotion setup for my concession machines: $40 off when an inflatable is added onto the order. My 2 questions are:

1. Is there a way to have the actual price reduced to $59 (normally $99), instead of a discount? So the concession would show on the invoice as $59, instead of $99 with the discount elsewhere?

2. Is there a way I can apply the discount to several of the same item once the special applies? I can only get the discount to apply once when I add several of the same item, but the discount will be removed from every concession that is on the quote.

Example #1: Bouncer, Cotton Candy, Popcorn and Snowcone will show a $120 discount

Example #2: Bouncer and 3 Snowcone only shows $40 discount.

I appreciate any help with this.

We don't yet have a way for question #1 to work, but it has been discussed as a feature we would like to implement in the future. #2 seems like a bug. I'll have to investigate further to make sure we don't do that for a reason, but it seems as if it should do that automatically.
