Item availability based on delivery type

I have pricing set up based on delivery type (Delivery or Customer Pick-up). Many of our items are delivery only. Is there a way to show that items are unavailable if "Pick-up" has been selected as the delivery type? The system requires me to enter a price for both delivery types, which won't work if we are going to allow customers to book through our website.
