The balances are showing 0 here...that is why it's in green. If it's in red it means it's still due. This is just showing recent activity. They will come off as new ones show up

I'm confused as to why these 4 are showing at all since they have been paid. They are from months ago. None of the other 70+ completed leads this year are showing on this report within the dashboard.

Oh, I see...on the ones on the dashboard show they don't have the signed contract! If you go to each and record that you have that they will come off. Under the contract section
