Deleted inventory and need it back

So I deleted some inventory off of IO settings inventory category. They are still showing on my website but coming up as $0.00. I also deleted one I didn't want to. How do I go back and fix the ones that I need off my site and fix the one I need back on my site so it isn't showing up as free?

I need to Tropical bounce house put back on and the popcorn machine and packets taken off website.
