Hello, what needs to be done in order to see the customer emails in the CRM ?

Be sure under email preferences you are set up under IMAP?

Not completly i guess

Turn on IMAP is set as YES, but nothing else.

Does this needs to be set up by users ? So each user that receive emails from customer sees them in the CRM ?

Yes...fill this out under company and users

Ok but first i will need to change the company email from isabelle@fxemotion.com to isabelle@proludik.com

Will that affect anything ? just want to make sure before i go and change it

put it in the company preferences and then be sure to update it under the Email preferences too if this is the email you want to send from
