Change "Distance Charge" wording

Is it possible to change the wording of "Distance Charge" to "Delivery" on the checkout page?

This can be changed by going to Settings-->Optional Fields, select the field you would like to rename you can change the name on this screen. I went ahead and changed "Distance Charges" to "Delivery" for you. You should see these changes now.
