When a holiday falls on a weekday, it automatically gives the lower weekday rate. Is there a way to have holiday price(same as weekend price) overide the weekday prices??

Not directly. But you can create a fee for the holiday date in Settings->Promotions/Fees. You would select that date for the "Event Period," Then select the items you want to charge a fee for, and choose some kind of markup (likely in the form of a percentage).

I created a fee in my settings for 5/30/16.. I created a few quotes to test it out and none of them ever added the fee. Am I doing something wrong?
