Customer type & promotion

Is there any way to connect a promotion to a customer type? We offer free snowcone machines to residential but not commercial accounts, but the booking system can't differentiate. This causes us to have to back-pedal a commercial booking which is not a friendly conversation to have.

We do not have a way to do that yet. The only things I could recommend are:

  1. Noting the promotion name and/or description that is it only for residential customers.
  2. Turning off the automatic selection of that promotion and just advertising to your residential customers a coupon code instead.
