Restricting Rental Availablity

I have a couple of party rooms that I want to make available when we are open for one price and then available after we close for another price. I'm looking for a way to restrict availability. For example Party room available 11am-6pm M-F. I'm currently adding that party rooms into inventory just like I do with bouncy's.

Adding them as inventory should work fine but we don't have a way to restrict availibilty for specific peices of equipment only at certain times.
